USC star JuJu Watkins had to be carried off the court after taking a hard fall after she appeared to lose her footing while going the other way with the ball.
The Trojans were up by more than 10 with a little less than five minutes left in the first quarter when Watkins took the tumble, immediately grabbing her right knee during the team’s March Madness second round game against Mississippi State on Monday night.

Concerned teammates rushed to her side to see how she was doing as Watkins agonized in pain.
Members of the Trojans’ training staff quickly attended to her and eventually carried her off the court to the USC locker room.
The team announced Watkins is being evaluated and will not return to the game.
