Ken Seiff asks $12.9M for oceanfront Miami home

Ken Seiff, a venture capitalist and founder of Blockchange Ventures, is putting his Florida oceanfront sanctuary at Arte Surfside on the market for $12.9 million, The Post has learned.

The 3,136-square-foot, three-bedroom residence, perched within a 16-unit boutique tower crafted by acclaimed Italian architects Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, offers unobstructed coastal views.

Located at 8955 Collins Ave. in Surfside, the seventh-floor unit boasts a meticulously curated interior. Seiff had owned the unit since March 2021, records show.

Seiff currently serves as General Partner at Blockchange Ventures, a venture capital firm dedicated to early-stage blockchain enterprises aiming to transform the industry. He manages a portfolio exceeding 100 investments in blockchain technology companies.

Last year, he purchased a condo at the Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club in Surfside for $24 million from the trust of the late Marguerite DeLany Hark. Hark, who died in 2022, was a descendent of President Thomas Jefferson and Sally Hemings.

A private elevator opens to a spacious foyer, which boasts marble floors and bespoke white oak paneling.

The open-concept living and dining areas are anchored by a gourmet kitchen with a marble island, a gas range and custom cabinetry.

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, while retractable glass doors blur the line between indoors and a 2,158-square-foot terrace that captures Miami’s sunsets.

Arte Surfside has become a magnet for high-net-worth individuals, with past residents including Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner and tech entrepreneur George Ruan. Trump and Kushner rented a unit in the building back in 2021 while renovating their glam home on Indian Creek Island.

Resort-like amenities include a rooftop tennis court, heated indoor and outdoor pools, a state-of-the-art gym with sauna and steam facilities, and direct access to the beach.

Wrapped in Roman travertine with bronze accents, the structure boasts a Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic.

Residence 702 is also equipped with smart-home automation, motorized window treatments and a dedicated temperature-controlled parking space.

The expansive terrace, nearly as large as the interior itself, also offers space for al fresco dining.

The listing is handled by Miltiadis Kastanis and Pablo Alfaro of Compass, the former of whom said the home blends in with the local elements in its own specific ways.

“The materials were selected not just for their beauty, but for how they respond to natural light throughout the day,” Kastanis told The Post.
