Mecole Hardman’s fiancée has emotional Chiefs goodbye after Packers move

Mecole Hardman’s fiancée is heartbroken to leave their life in Kansas City.

Chariah Gordon shared an emotional farewell to the Chiefs’ WAGs on Instagram after Hardman, a wide receiver and return specialist, signed a one-year deal with the Packers, according to multiple reports.

“I’m really going to miss yall,” Gordon wrote, adding a crying emoji and a broken heart in her post — which included photos of her and some of the wives and girlfriends of Chiefs’ players.

Some snapshots featured Taylor Swift, who is dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, partying in a private suite at Arrowhead Stadium.

Others photos showed Sheawna Weathersby, the ex-girlfriend of Chiefs’ defensive tackle, Chris Jones, last season.

Gordon formed a close relationship with Swift after the “Cruel Summer” singer started dating Kelce in the summer of 2023.

Last November, Gordon, told Glamour that Swift sent a sweet gift for their daughter, Ci, while she was on tour in Europe.

“It was so freaking cute and so thoughtful,” Gordon said. “So she, in between shows…was keeping my kids super near.”

Hardman and Gordon are parents to Ci’s brother, Mecole III.

Gordon said the two became like sisters after meeting at Kelce’s home in Kansas City for the first time.

“I actually got a chance to meet her at Trav’s house and she was just super, super sweet,” Gordon said. “And since then we’ve been super cool. I call her my sis. That’s my sis.”

Hardman, 27, spent most of his six NFL seasons with the Chiefs after being selected by the team in the second round of the 2019 draft.

He played in four games for the Jets in 2023 in what was a failed marriage at every level.

Hardman scored the winning touchdown in the Chiefs’ 25-22 overtime win against the 49ers in the Super Bowl last February.

Across 12 games for the Chiefs in 2024, the veteran wideout caught 12 passes for 90 yards. He also rushed five times for 62 yards and a touchdown.

Hardman, a three-time Super Bowl champ with the Chiefs, was placed on injured reserve with a knee injury last December and missed the entire postseason.
